The number of single family homes currently listed for sale in Walnut Creek basically dropped to 55 over the last week as did the number of Condominiums/Townhomes at 50. In comparison, Pleasant Hill dropped to 34 Single Family homes for sale while Concord remained the same at 141 homes for sale.
The Average Days On Market for homes listed for sale in Walnut Creek remained the same at 35 days. The Average Listing Price increased slightly to $1,420,384. By way of contrast the average DOM for Pleasant Hill is 20 Days and the Average Listing Price increased slightly to $893,986. For buyers focusing on Concord, the Average Days On Market is 29 Days and the Average Listing Price increased slightly to $722,225.
