Cyber Monday is over, December has arrived and the housing market continues to move right along. Currently there are 26 Single Family homes listed for sale in Walnut Creek, and 31 Condominiums/Townhomes. In comparison, Pleasant Hill has 11 Single Family homes for sale and Concord has 60 homes for sale.
The Average Days on Market for homes listed for sale in Walnut Creek decreased to 44 days and the Average Listing Price decreased slightly to $1,238,144. By way of contrast the average DOM for Pleasant Hill remained at 26 Days and the Average Listing Price jumped to $1,000,516 – primarily due to one new $2 million listing. For buyers focusing on Concord, the Average Days On Market is 46 Days and the Average Listing Price is a more affordable $771,029.
